With Spain having a dry climate, it has always needed drip tubing for its vegetables and fruits. Chamsa has been from the beginning a drip tubing manufacturer. The drip systems developed by Chamsa today achieve the best results in drip uniformity achieved while maintaining a low rate of water loss.
Chamsa started manufacturing aluminum pipes for fixed sprinkler irrigation. Later it extended its production to pivot centers (automatic machines for large areas). With this innovative system, the best ratio of water per irrigated hectare is achieved.
Chamsa participates in large international projects financed by different institutions such as the World Bank, governmental entities and different types of organizations. The main projects have been developed in countries such as Iraq, Cuba, Brazil, Algeria.
The group also includes other activities other than irrigation. The main one is the production of aluminum profiles. The flagship of the group are the factories of Alueuropa S.A. Finally, it is worth mentioning the presence in real estate investments or in the agricultural and livestock area.
